At Chic Soul, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or original payment refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
